常州市公共交通集团公司

常州市公共交通集团公司(以下简称常州公交)成立于1960年5月,为1872平方公里的常州市区提供公交服务。近年来,在市委、市政府的大力支持下,常州公交发展水平在全国同等城市中处于领先地位。公交乘客总体满意度达91.9%,连续8年呈上升趋势。常州公交荣获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖、全国交通运输企业科技创新成果一等奖、中国公共交通信息化推进示范单位;“常州市快速公交建设与管理示范工程”列入江苏省科技厅科技惠民项目,“快速公交智能化系统”获评省交通运输厅交通运输信息化建设优秀项目。

在快速发展过程中,常州公交以“打造人民满意的现代化和谐公交”为愿景,紧跟现代信息技术发展潮流,全面建成了涵盖智慧服务、智慧车辆、智慧平台的“三位一体”智慧公交出行体系。

1.打造“智慧服务”,方便乘客出行

    智慧服务是智慧公交出行体系的核心。公司通过公交网站、96196服务热线、电子站牌、掌上公交、公交微信平台等多样化服务手段,为乘客及时提供全方位服务。据统计,96196服务热线从开通至今已服务乘客超百万人次。“掌上公交”APP于 2013年发布,全面覆盖了常州市所有公交线路和运营车辆,能够为乘客提供公交信息发布、公交预设提醒、电子站牌显示、公交线路查询、公交站点查询、线路换乘查询等九大功能,受到常州百姓的广泛好评,自全面发布应用以来,该软件下载量已超200万次,日均服务乘客20万人次。

2.打造“智慧车辆”,提升服务水平

智慧车辆是智慧公交出行体系的主体。常州公交所有运营车辆实现了车载GPS系统,DVR系统等智能设备全覆盖,实现了车载定位、实时视频监控、远程点播、信息联动等“智慧功能”。开发启用车载空调远程温控系统,实现了空调自动调控,为乘客提供了更为舒适的乘车环境。车载免费Wi-Fi实现全覆盖,有效满足了乘客的上网需求。

3.打造“智慧平台”,强化出行保障

智慧平台是智慧公交出行体系的中枢。常州公交信息指挥中心平台具备应急指挥、运营监管、服务监管、舆情监管、数据分析等七大功能,实现了对公交车、站、场等监控点的动态、直观监控。通过信息指挥中心平台,实现了数据信息互联共享,极大地提升了公交调度指挥能力、应急响应能力和运营监管能力。

 

Changzhou Transit Group was established in May, 1960, providing the bus service for Changzhou downtown area of 1872 square kilometers. In recent years, public transport in Changzhou has been in a leading position among the cities of similar size with the strong support of Changzhou government. Overall satisfaction rate of Changzhou bus passengers reaches 91.9% in 2015, on the rise for eight consecutive years. Changzhou Transit Group has obtained a series of honors, including the second prize of national award for science and technology progress, the first prize of national transport enterprise technology innovation award, the demonstration unit of promoting information technology of Chinese public transport and so on. One of its project “Demonstration Project on Construction and Management of Changzhou Bus Rapid Transit “was listed in key projects of Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province.” BRT Intelligent System” was rated as the outstanding project on transport information construction of Transportation Department of Jiangsu Province.

In the process of rapid development, Changzhou Transit Group has always stuck to the vision of “creating the modernized and harmonious public transportation with people's satisfaction”, closely followed the development trend of modern information technology and successfully completed the "trinity system" of intelligent public transportation composed of “intelligent service”, “intelligent buses” and “intelligent platform”.

1. To Create the “Intelligent Service” to Provide Convenience for Passengers

“Intelligent service” is the core of intelligent public transportation system. Changzhou Transit Group has provided passengers with full service via diversified service means including website, “96196 hot line”, electronic stop boards, APP of “Pocket Transit”,WeChat and so on. According to the statistics, “96196 hot lines” has served over one million people since its advent. The APP of “Pocket Transit” was released in 2013, which has covered all the routes and buses. It can provide the passengers with nine kinds of service, including inquiring line transfer plan, displaying the electronic stop boards, inquiring bus lines, releasing the bus information, inquiring stops and so on. The app has been so popular among Changzhou citizens that it has been downloaded for over 2 million times since its appearance. IN addition, it is now used by 200 thousand people per day on average.

2. To Create the “Intelligent Buses” to Improve the Service Level

“Intelligent buses” are the main part of intelligent public transportation system. All the buses of Changzhou Transit Group are equipped with smart devices including GPS,DVR and so on. With the smart devices, Changzhou Transit Group can find the locations of all buses, monitor the environment in the buses, get remote VOD and share the bus information at any time. In addition, the group developed remote temperature control system which can make the air conditioners of buses on or off automatically according to the temperature in the buses. Moreover, the free Wi-Fi has covered all the buses, which can satisfy the needs of passengers to surf on the internet.

3. To Create the “Intelligent Platform” to Strengthen the Guarantee of Convenient Buses

“Intelligent platform” is the information base of intelligent public transportation system. The information command center of Changzhou Transit Group can achieve seven kinds of features, including emergency command, daily supervision, service supervision,media supervision,data analysis and so on. With the use of information command center, all the related data and information of buses has been linked closely and shared openly, which has enabled Changzhou Transit Group to improve its ability of dispatch control, emergency command and daily supervision greatly.
