《公交智能综合营运管理系统》(以下简称“巴士通”)是上海巴士公交(集团)有限公司和上海博协软件有限公司共同建设,并拥有自主知识产权的公共交通现代化智能管理系统。本系统面向公交企业,能够满足政府职能部门的监管以及为社会公众服务。系统采用两种以上信号采集技术手段,融合国内外公共交通信息化之亮点,根据公交行业内在需求专门开发的公交营运综合管理系统。

    “巴士通”由感知层、中心平台、应用层和接入层构成。采用云平台的系统架构,统一的硬件设备通讯协议,充分利用和挖掘实时和历史的多源异构大数据集,包括手机信令数据、公交IC卡刷卡数据、客流计实时数据;GPS实时数据、路网实时交通状态数据、CAN数据、车辆音视频数据、POS数据、公交运营数据、设备监测状态数据、路网数据、地理数据等数据源的数据,利用大数据技术算法模型和集群硬件处理环境,实现公交运营过程的计划调度、实时调度和应急调度全场景覆盖。依靠公交智能化系统,实时采集并自动生成的电子路单等各类营运数据,涵盖所有班次、公里、油耗、人次、收入等,电子路单采集精度达到98.5%。目前电子路单已被上海公交行业认定为可替代人工路单,已作为政府部门审计的依据。

    “巴士通”经上海市城乡建设和交通发展研究院全面评估。通过对软件分析、测试、现场收集数据、征集营运公司和乘客意见、网上查新等形式,得出结论为:“该系统综合技术达到国内领先并接近国际先进水平”。

目前巴士公交近9000辆公交车、近700条线路已经全面采用巴士通智能公交营运管理系统,实现公交线路智能调度,到站预报覆盖率100%。

“巴士通”的应用,使公交车辆实时到站预报成为可能,预报准确率比较高,实际到站时间前5分钟预报准确率平均达到94.8%。目前巴士集团通过多种方式向乘客发布公交车辆到站预报服务。利用公交候车亭安装55吋显示屏,公交站杆安装OLED显示屏,实时发布车辆预计到达信息;利用公交站点设置二维码标识,实现手机扫描即可知晓该站点经停公交车的信息;利用线路起讫站安装发车屏,向乘客推送本班车和下一班车的发车时间;借助官方“上海公交”手机App发布公交到站信息;借助官方“上海发布”微信公众号发布公交到站信息。满足乘客在出行前、出行中以及出行后的多样化的公交信息服务需求。

It also takes full advantage of multi-source real-time and historical mining heterogeneous large data sets.  Also in application of mobile phone signaling data bus IC card data, real-time traffic count data; GPS real-time data, the data network real-time traffic status data, CAN data, vehicle audio and video data, POS data, the bus operator data, equipment monitoring state data, road network data, geographic data and other data sources. The use of big data technology algorithm model and cluster hardware processing environment, maximizes the efficiency of bus operations planning and scheduling, real-time scheduling and dispatch emergency covering the whole scene. Data processing relies on public transport intelligent systems, real-time collection and automatically generates an electronic waybill and other operational data. This also includes coverage of all shifts, km, fuel consumption, trips, and other income. It  has a single-electron capture accuracy of 98.5%. Currently single electronic road has been identified as an alternative way of doing alone, according to a government audit has Shanghai public transportation industry.
