MINIEYE, 创建于2013年,前身是新加坡政府媒体发展局(MDA)支持的高级驾驶辅助系统(ADAS)研发项目,致力于运用车载视觉感知技术引领汽车行业变革,为驾驶者提供更安全的驾驶环境;同时致力于为自动驾驶技术提供最可靠的视觉感知解决方案,推动自动驾驶的普及。其独立研发的车载视觉感知系统,将帮助驾驶者感应驾驶过程中的周遭环境,通过车载摄像头识别、侦测、追踪路面交通物体,即时收集数据并加以分析,最终协助驾驶员预先察觉到包含追尾、偏离车道、碰撞行人、超速在内的潜在路面危险,防患于未然。

MINIEYE将深度学习和传统算法相结合,在提升算法性能的同时,保证计算复杂度的可控性。无论是在所有产品研发中坚持按照前装的高标准,还是在产品测试中与涵盖各种车型、路况、天气条件的测试数据库进行反复比对,我们都心无旁骛只为做到更好。MINIEYE所研发的车载视觉感知系统不仅能应对雨、雪、雾、霾等各种天气情况,还能应对逆光、隧道、阴影等不同光照情况,尤其在夜间低光条件下也能较好的工作。MINIEYE前装产品的技术研发严格按照国际标准进行,并且经过大量实际路测进行优化,保证产品的可靠性。目前,我们的前向碰撞预警系统与车道偏离预警系统均已符合国际ISO相关标准。 而仅2015年,MINIEYE的算法在多个世界级的数据库比赛中获得多项排名第一。

除此之外,MINIEYE在全国拥有33辆合作的数据采集车,北至哈尔滨,南到广州,日行一万里左右,积累大量数据。历时一年多,数据库已广泛涵盖多种中国特有的交通场景、车辆、车道线及其他交通物体,并已逐渐建立了更适合中国路况的预警模型。

近10年的技术沉淀和3年的工程化开发使MINIEYE不仅在国内具有领先地位,赢得了业界的普遍认可,还获得了多家国际知名OEM的青睐。在2015年,MINIEYE就与包括通用在内的多家国际国内OEM和一级供应商建立合作关系。汽车行业正处在一个历史性的转折点,自动驾驶技术将在未来的二十年内逐渐普及乃至彻底代替有人驾驶。而MINIEYE有信心有责任为自动驾驶提供最可靠的视觉感知技术,为每个人,每个家庭甚至整个社会的安全提供多一份保障。

 

MINIEYE was founded in April, 2013. Its predecessor was a development project on Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) funded by the MDA of Singapore government. In order to help driver better understand the road and make driving safer, MINIEYE is developing visual perception system for vehicles. With these advanced vision algorithms, MINIEYE on-broad camera can scan road around and accurately identify a variety of traffic objects, including vehicles, lanes, pedestrians, traffic lights and traffic signs. By analyzing the identified objects, MINIEYE is able to effectively percept rear-end collision, lane departure, pedestrian collision, overspeed and other driving risks, and alert the driver to avoid accidents.

By integrating sophisticated vision algorithms with deep learning technology, MINIEYE's visual perception system performs robustly even under complicated conditions of weather and light and traffic in China. Our systems are developed in compliance with international safety performance standards for motor vehicles and motor vehicle equipment, with the aim of achieving the highest standards of excellence.

For example, our Forward Collision Warning system is in compliance with ISO 15623, and capable to alert the driver of critical situations where a rear-end collision is imminent within up to 2.5 seconds; and our Lane Departure Warning system is in compliance with ISO 17361. Merely in 2015, we have won several top rankings in worldwide database competitions such as those held by ETH, CalTech and ImageNet.

Besides, we have gradually established models which are more suitable for road conditions in China by years of accumulating local road data. We have utilized 33 vehicles to collect video data by running over ten thousand kilometers per day, from cities widely distributed in North China, East China and South China. Hence, we are confident to say that MINIEYE knows China better.

Through years of accumulation and unremitting efforts, the visual perception technology, independently developed by MINIEYE, is not only taking the leading position in China, but also favored by some well-known OEMs and Tie Ones. As the prominent ADAS provider in China, MINIEYE has drawn a lot of attentions within the industry and is expected to have great market potential. We believe, the automotive industry is facing a turning point, and the era of autonomous driving is coming soon. It's our responsibility to provide a mature and reliable visual perception technology for vehicles, as well as popularize this advanced technology in a way that is more simple, intelligent and low-cost.
