上海巴士公交(集团)有限公司 信息部经理 姜忠明

姜忠明先生,1957年生、本科学历、中共党员。现供职于上海巴士公交(集团)有限公司担任信息部经理,1982年参加工作起先后历任营运公司车队队长,党支部书记,营运公司业务部经理,集团业务部经理。三十余年职业生涯扎根于交通营运管理中,见证变革目睹更迭,与传统公共交通共成长并有幸成为一名智慧交通的从业者。

 

巴士集团营运车辆8千逾辆,行车人员近2万人,线路长度1万多公里,日均行驶里程达到150万公里。如何利用信息化手段,实现对每一辆车,每一名行车人员进行监控与管理,是摆在集团信息部面前的难题,也是公交企业由传统向现代化转型中的一道坎。为此,姜忠明先生将营运管理的信息化作为集团信息化建设的首要任务,自2012年至2015年,前后花费3年时间携领开展营运系统的开发,从时刻表、接落班表、值勤表的数据分析,到线路调度的仿真;从每个营运班次的计算,到电子路单的研发;从GPS信号数据的收集与过滤,到线路、营运公司、集团整体营运情况分析,打造出一套完整的集智能调度、电子路单、营运情况分析于一体的营运系统。

随着上海市道路拥堵情况的日益严重,公交车辆均衡车距、准点到达的难度加剧,乘客对何时能够等候到车则需要借助信息预报的方式来获知,随着营运系统的深入应用,车辆到站的实时数据也日益精准,为实时到站信息预报打下了基础。自2014年起,集团信息部分别与交委、新新媒体打造车辆到站预报信息平台。其中,借助交委上海公交手机APP平台,发布车辆到站预报信息,2015年每天乘客访问量达到1000万次;巴士集团营运系统每天推送数据达到1.8亿条,通过各类到站预报信息的发布,为市民减少出行时间。

姜忠明先生身为智慧交通人的职业习惯,常态化投身于大数据的研习,化理论为实践,倾力打造巴士集团公交营运全过程管理系统,系统集人员报到、准点出场、出场走向、准点加入,再到车辆、班次、公里、人员、工时投入,以及运送车速、交接班、准点进场等全过程数据采集、管理、应用、分析。从信息化角度竭尽做到无管理盲区,以大数据能力为企业日常营运行使好社会职责添砖加瓦。

车联网的命题,引导着传统公交不断趋于智慧,服务于城市交通出行,姜忠明先生将继续践行使命,引领信息技术在公交企业中不断创新。

 

Mr. Jiang Zhongming, born in 1957, is a Communist Party member with a bachelor’s degree. Mr. Jiang is now the manger of the information department in Shanghai Ba-Shi Public Transportation (Group) Co., Ltd. Since he started to work in 1982, he has served as the driver captain of the operating company, the  party member secretary, the manager of business division of the operating company and the manager of business division of the Group Company successively. With over 30 years’ career in transportation operation and management, Mr. Jiang has witnessed the reforms and transformations. Growing together with the public transportation, Mr. Jiang has become a practitioner of intelligent transportation.

The Ba-Shi Group operates a total of over 8000 vehicles with about 20,000 driving staff, over 10,000 transport line length and 1.5 million kilometers’ daily trip distance. It is a puzzle for the Group’s information department to know how to monitor and manage every bus and every driver through information means, and also a difficulty for public transportation companies’ modernization transformation. In this case, Mr. Jiang focuses on the operation management informationization as the primary task for the Group’s information construction. From 2012 to 2015, he spent 3 years’ time on leading and carrying out the operation system development. From the data analysis of timetable, shift arrangement table and duty chart to the simulation of line schedule, from the calculation of every operating shift to the R& D of electronic waybill; from the collection and selection of GPS signal data to the analysis of lines, operation companies and the Group’s entire operation situation, Mr. Jiang aims at establishing a complete operation system integrating smart scheduling, electronic waybill and operation analysis.

As the traffic congestion in Shanghai gradually worsens, it becomes more and more difficult for buses to keep a balanced distance and arrive on schedule. In this case, the passengers will need information forecast to know when the bus will arrive. With the in-depth application of the operation system, the real-time data for the buses’ arrival becomes increasingly precise, laying foundation for real-time arrival information forecast. Since 2014, the information department has worked together with the Shanghai Traffic Committee and new media to establish the arrival forecast information platform. To be specific, with the help of the published bus arrival forecast information on Shanghai Public Transportation APP platform, the daily page view per passenger reaches 100 million and the data notifications sent by the Ba-Shi Group operation system reaches 180 million. The notifications of various arrival forecast information have reduced the citizens’ travel time.

Mr. Jiang sticks to his professional habits as an intelligent transportation person: regularly engages himself in the studies on big data, turns theories into practices and contributes to establishing the full-course management system for bus operation of Ba-Shi Group integrating personnel registration, punctual departure, departure direction, punctual entrance, input of buses, shifts, kilometres, personnel and labour hours, and the full-course data collection, management, application and analysis of speed, shift and punctual entrance. Mr. Jiang spares no efforts to avoid management blind area and take social responsibility for the company’s daily operation with his big data skills.

Internet of vehicles has guided traditional buses to become more and more intelligent to better serve the urban transportation. Mr. Jiang Zhongming will continue to take his responsibility and pioneer the innovation of information technology in the bus company.
