智车优行科技有限公司 CEO,联合创始人 沈海寅

沈海寅,现任智车优行科技有限公司CEO,联合创始人。曾任360副总裁、金山软件集团副总裁,并在日本多次创业。

 

    上个世纪90年代末,随着全球互联网技术的迅猛发展,沈海寅敏锐地意识到计算机技术正迎来发展的“春天”,他从事与计算机领域相关工作的梦想也被点燃。为此,他辞去了国内待遇优厚的工作,开始了自己的互联网创业人生,在此后的十几年里,沈海寅先后在日本创办了JWord、ACCESSPORT INC、日本金山等公司,并取得不俗的成绩。后来沈海寅成为360最年轻的副总,将重心转移到IOT的产品和投资。

    电动化、网联化、智能化已成为汽车不可逆转的趋势,但传统汽车的智能化仅停留在影音娱乐等表面功能,在汽车智能驾驶、交互体验、联网及大数据应用等方面还有很多的创新技术亟待挖掘。在IOT大潮下,沈海寅萌发了将智能系统与机械工艺完美融合打造一款智能电动车的梦想。2014年底,沈海寅投资了智车优行科技,2015年5月他正式卸任360副总,开始担任智车优行CEO,并专注于用集成式创新的新资产轻资产的模式打造全新价值智能电动车。

    在许多人看来,汽车行业是所有消费品中造价较高、技术较为复杂的一项工程,而沈海寅却敢于啃这块“硬骨头”。在他看来,目前我国智能新能源汽车领域可挖掘的潜力巨大,如果将互联网与传统造车相融合,加大对汽车智能化、电动化技术研发的同时,高效利用已有的制造资源,致力于以用户的优行体验为核心就能拥有更广阔的发展前景。

    沈海寅秉承颠覆式创新和集成式创新两种创新模式:用颠覆式创新研发产品,让奇点汽车在竞争激烈的汽车市场获得全新的产品竞争力;以集成式创高效整合资源,让智车优行拥有以“小软”搏“大硬”的能力。沈海寅意识到智能化、网联化对汽车安全产生的新挑战和新机遇,全新定义了汽车安全,并带领团队自主研发一整套智能安全系统,为提升自动驾驶领域的竞争力,专门聘请人工智能领域专家、中国工程院院士李德毅作为顾问,共同打造颠覆性产品;同时,面对重资产汽车,沈海寅一方面高效利用主机厂剩余产能,一方面以参股等形式建立开放共赢的供应链生态,用轻资产的方式实现弯道超车。

    经过一年多的发展,智车优行已顺利拿到了A轮融资,沈海寅也将“奇点”汽车的样车开上了发布会舞台,现在智车优行正与合作主机厂一起紧锣密鼓地为“奇点”的量产展开合作。下一步,就请大家共同期待2017年“奇点”的问世吧。

Electric, networking, and intelligent development have become an irreversible trend for vehicle. In the trend of IOT, his dream about an Smart EV was born by perfect integration of intelligent system and mechanical processes. In late 2014, he invested in ZHICHEAUTO, and assumed the CEO of ZHICHEAUTO.

For many people, vehicle industry is a project with high cost and complicated technology among all consumer goods, but he dare crack such a “hard nut”. In his opinion, “China has huge potential in intelligent and new energy vehicle. If we integrate the internet with traditional vehicle manufacturing, strengthen R&D of vehicle’s intelligent and electric technologies, utilize the existing manufacturing resources efficiently, and devote to the core of excellent driving experience, we will have broader development prospect.”

He adheres to the 2 innovative modes of disruptive innovation and integrated innovation: Research and develop products with disruptive innovation to bring the new product competitiveness in the competitive auto market; integrate resources by integrated innovation to bring the “great performance” with “small pieces”. He realized the new challenges and opportunities of intelligence and networking to vehicle safety, so he made a new definition of vehicle safety, led his teams to research and develop a complete set of intelligent safety system independently. To promote the competitiveness in automatic driving field, he even hired Deyi Li, expert in artificial intelligence and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, as the consultant, to jointly develop the disruptive product; meanwhile, for the heavy asset vehicle, Shen Haiyin utilized the spare capacity of main engine plant efficiently on the one hand, and established the open and win-win ecology of supply chains in the form of joint stock, to achieve the “corner overtaking” by the means of light asset.

After over a year of development, ZHICHEAUTO has obtained A Financing smoothly, and Tiger Shen also drove the Smart EV - “SINGULATO” onto the stage of the press conference. ZHICHEAUTO is preparing for cooperation with main engine plant about mass production. Next, let’s expect the release of 2017 “SINGULATO”.
